The owner’s manual identifies the HEPA filter as a key internal component of the Active HEPA+ Pro system, working alongside the PCO Cell and BPI Module.

For best performance, Greentech recommends replacing the HEPA filter at least every 12 months, although filter life can vary depending on operating time and the level of pollutants in the space being cleaned. The unit may display a “Replace Filter” alert after 6 months of continuous use as a reminder to inspect the filter. If the filter is still in good condition, loose dust can be vacuumed away and the reminder reset.

Installation is simple: remove the top of the unit, take out the existing filter, replace it with the new filter, then refit the top. Once installed, the filter life can be reset through the unit’s information menu or via the Greentech Connect app.
